We were in a race to replace our hot water heater before its slow leak got worse. Bill was great to communicate with. We were lucky and the hot water heater was covered under warranty. Once I got the return authorization number, Bill took care off the rest. He promptly came on our scheduled day and was able to swap out the hot water heater in no time. I had an emergency with my water heater and I needed a plumber to replace it however many plumbers had no time and their price was out of control until I received a call back in 10 minutes leaving a message. Bill worked with trying very hard to make sure I received a water heater under my warrantee and finding a warehouse that was not going to charge a large fee, Bill is now our family's plumber and we are grateful for having not just a great plumber but also knowing that we have a baby in the house he made sure to make us a priority to get the job done!
