Hoping the Owner Brendan will respond to this review since the company has no website where I can find an email. We hired Lumber Liquidators for a flooring project in Conway NH, BM flooring accepted the job from LL. The installer Thiago complained when he first arrived that he needed to drive 4 hours to the jobsite so it didn't start off well. Then there was a small landing about 6x4 that was not on his notes so he refused to start any work until that was handled. Lumber Liquidators called me and wanted an extra $300 and I paid over the phone so Thiago and the other member of his team would start working. This is a brand new construction home with a finished basement already completed. Thiago was the only contractor in the house and his guy, nobody else, we have cameras on the house, live on a dead end road and everything has been recorded. We also provided a wifi keycode for this crew to enter the home. I got a call the next morning, 2nd day Thiago was on site to that I should head up to the project and look at what he installed the other day. 10 Minutes later Thiago calls and mentions oh yea and your basement flooded out last night. The only water source connected is the water pump that has a 90 degree turn valve on it and a hose connected to it that you can drag outside if you need water, doesn't just open by itself. Thiago asked me personally if the house had water and was even thinking about sleeping at the house on the floors because the drive was 4 hours each way. I immediately called my neighbor to go over to snap some photos and Thiago had the majority of the water cleaned up from water being left on for over 12 hours. They claim I drove up after they left the property and flooded my own basement. I have cameras and time stamps at my own properties showing where I was all night and why would I flood out my own project. I asked Thiago and the owner for his insurance and they walked off the job, so rather than take responsibility, they choose the easy road. I called in a company to clean up the remaining water, put down dehumidifiers, fans and spray anti mold solution in my basement. The company is going to invoice me for the cleanup. So if you want a owner of a company who won't stand behind any job, a crew that will lie and destroy your home, a company that won't provide insurance or workers comp, installers that give you attitude, and a company that will leave you high and dry, look no further than this company. Brendan you want to make it right, provide me your insurance or foot the bills for the damages your crew did. Otherwise this is going to court and everything has been documented.

BM Flooring installed my flooring as a subcontractor of Lumber Liquidators. Their rep quoted the installation and booked the job. On the day of the installation, their crew sat in the truck for over two hours while fighting with the rep. They claimed that there was 5 hours of grinding needed to level the floor and wouldn't do the job unless I signed a change order for $1,049 above the original quote (nearly double the original quote they provided). After signing the mandatory upcharge, they spent 42 minutes grinding the floor. So I was effectively charged over $1K for 42 minutes of work. NEVER EVER should you work with these people.

Worst company ever. Horrible flooring installed. Do NOT recommend.

Within a week of having my tile floor installed in my bathroom, the grout start breaking apart and the installer never put the sensor under the heating mat. I now need my brand new tile floor regrouted and had to pay an electrician to install the sensor. As for a response from BM Flooring, I never received one, after several attempts to the office and via email. You'll regret using this company.

I purchased my vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring and they outsourced the installation to BM Flooring. An estimator came out to measure. I was a little concerned about needing a transition between the kitchen and dining room. I asked the estimator if a transition was needed and he assured my that the floor was level and non transition was needed. When the installers arrived, I again asked them about the transition. The literally pulled up the old floor and visually inspected the subfloor between the dining room and kitchen. They told me I was all set. No transition needed. When the installers got to installing the vinyl plank in the dining room I received a call that the floor was not level enough and I needed the have the floor leveled. That would cost an additional $421.00. Of course, I had no choice. If I said no they would have left the project as is since they did not have a transition in their truck (since none was ordered). I feel I was taken advantage of. After speaking with both BM Flooring and LL Flooring, I was politely told that there was nothing they could do. The final installation came out nice which is why I gave the 2 stars instead of just 1 star. Next time I think I buy from a local vendor where they use their own installers instead of outsourcing it.
