Tiles Direct & Countertops

Tiles Direct & Countertops has sold and installed tile, stone, and custom countertops out of its Norwood showroom since 2015 — quartz, granite, marble, and natural-stone countertops alongside kitchen and bathroom tile work. The company also offers complete kitchen and bathroom renovation and installation services, and covers Norwood, Sharon, Dedham, Walpole, Westwood, Needham, Foxborough, Newton, Canton, and Stoughton. A customer working with Norma this spring called the service fast and friendly, mentioned getting a free sink with the job, and said they were happy with their new kitchen countertops. Earlier reviews tell a similar story: a 2024 customer called the tile selection and service "fantastic," and another that year said the team quickly matched a couple of old bathroom tiles and called the staff knowledgeable and attentive. A 2021 review credited the shop with keeping the reviewer within budget on tile and countertop quality even during what they called "tricky times." Google shows a 5-star average across 15 ratings. It's a solid call for a countertop swap or a tile job; homeowners planning a full kitchen or bath renovation should confirm exactly what's included beyond the tile and countertop work, and get a written quote and timeline before starting.
