I go into every home service interaction expecting to get absolutely worked over. You know the drill—mysterious “code issues,” vague safety concerns, and suddenly you’re $5k deep fixing something that was “critical.” Not this guy. Showed up, took a look, explained everything in plain English, and—brace yourself—didn’t try to upsell me into oblivion. Fixed what actually needed fixing, told me what didn’t, and charged a fair price. I almost didn’t know how to process it. Super chill, clearly knows his stuff, and didn’t treat the job like an open invitation to run up the tab. Honestly felt like talking to a friend who just happens to be really good with electricity. If you’re used to being a little skeptical (like me), this is your guy. I’d trust him again without hesitation—which is about the highest compliment I give anyone holding a toolbox.

Highly recommend! Absolutely amazing service! A company that truly cares about their customers and community. During the great blizzard of 2026, a tree took down the power line from our house to the pole. Eversource being as busy as they were, couldn’t get the line repaired for a week. When they finally did, everything powered back up with the exception of our boiler which was the most important thing we needed back up so we could finally have heat, hot water, and be able to sleep in our beds for the first time in a week. I reached out to our plumber (Cliff at Master Tech Plumbing) and he advised the issue required an electrician. He referred Balanced Electric, and called Eryk to let him know what he thought the problem was. Eryk reached out to me within minutes (on a Saturday) and offered to stop by and take a look that day. We were staying with family off cape in the meantime so we decided to set it up for today (Monday) to have his team come out and replace the control board that needed to be replaced. The team arrived early and got the job done faster than originally expected. Alex and his partner were very professional and explained everything they were doing in great detail. My family and I are so grateful for Eryk and his team going above and beyond to help us get back into our home. We can’t thank you all enough for your help. You have a new forever customer.
