The written customer record is thin and dated. The one detailed account on file, a 2017 BuildZoom review, describes a common-area renovation that went sideways: the client says Bald Hill brought in a below-par subcontractor and, despite having its own supervisor and project manager on site, couldn't keep the work from needing constant oversight and correction. There's no more recent customer feedback to weigh against it.
