Barefoot recently installed an electric heat pump for my above ground pool. The process was seamless. They arrived right on time. I’d highly recommend them for any pool product/service. Evan recently went above and beyond when I had a pool emergency on a Sunday evening; calling me back right away to help talk me through how to fix it. Can’t thank him enough.
not impressed with the communication style. The company could not help me after I was given their name for a referral kept it short and sweet with a few words in the text. Ask the gentleman if he could send me a referral to someone that could help me and pretty much ignored me. Word of mouth is powerful, and how you treat one person can influence many more. I was referred by Cory Pools. you may want to let them know that you do not do independent jobs.
We called Barefoot Pools regarding our pool liner coming off the track. Evan came out a day later, fixed the liner and helped us out with a new hose we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and honest about our needs. We discussed considering a new liner end of year, upon our request, and will follow through with that in September along with using him going forward to close and open and service our pool. Very fair pricing for all his services. I would highly recommend him for all of your above ground pool needs.
