The Marlborough company says Jack and Holly Evangelous established it in 1982 and that John Evangelous now runs the family business. It offers residential and commercial pest and nuisance-animal control, with a stated service area including Marlborough, Hudson, Sudbury, Concord, Framingham and nearby towns. Google showed a five-star average from 37 ratings in August 2026. In April 2026, one customer praised Jack and John's immediate availability, prices and efficiency. Another said the company took time to understand the problem and focused on the right solution instead of making a quick sale. A February 2026 reviewer described an on-time visit, fair pricing and an owner who explained the work. Older customers described specific nest treatments. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner said John treated yellow jackets in the house siding the same day after Jack responded to the inquiry; the customer also praised their communication and the price. Another August 2025 reviewer described hornet nests in a shed wall and in the ground beside a patio. John returned the call promptly and came the following morning to address them. A September 2025 reviewer said John arrived early, removed a large bee nest from the basement and followed up afterward. In June 2024, a homeowner reported a same-day carpenter-ant treatment and said the ants had disappeared from sight within a couple of days. Rodent and wildlife accounts include work to prevent pests returning. A June 2023 reviewer described John inspecting the house inside and out for an attic-crawl-space mouse infestation, treating the problem areas and making multiple follow-up contacts. In January 2023, another customer said John caught squirrels and installed a wire barrier at the eaves pending a permanent solution. Advice sometimes led elsewhere: a September 2025 reviewer said Jack referred a woodchuck problem to another professional for relocation.
