The Google history, six reviews from 2023 to 2026, leans strongly positive and specific. A 2023 review describes Ruben providing a detailed estimate within 48 hours, discovering the job needed more work than quoted and doing it at no extra charge, then finishing ahead of schedule with a clean paint-stripping job on the whole garage. A June 2026 review tells a similar story — a same-day quote, work started within days, and the full deleading and window replacement finished in four days, with Ruben answering questions by text on evenings and weekends. A December 2025 review adds regular updates and a spotless finish. Against that, a February 2026 review calls the deleading work low quality and says it would not recommend the company, and the Better Business Bureau gives Bay State a B- for failing to respond to that same complaint.
