We recently completed an interior renovation with the Bay State team. Marcio took great care of us throughout - We especially appreciated his thoughtfulness on working out a handful of details with us as the work progressed. We are very happy with how our project turned out.

We've done routine projects (new porches, a new roof). We've also done large projects (new dormers, attic finishing, and basement finishing). Bay State Remodeling recently completed our 4th bathroom renovation in our two-family, four-story home. Simply put: (1) The experience was excellent in every respect; and (2) I only wish we had met them earlier for past projects! Andreina's project management was spectacular. Marcio, Clara, and literally everyone on the project were super. While my wife and I are good people (I think!) and communicate clearly (I hope!), we are detail-oriented and care about the finer nuances. Not only did Bay State fully address our objectives and wish list, but they also enhanced our initial ideas with their expertise. We've never experienced such clear communication, right from the very beginning of our project's planning phase. Andreina's updates and status reports guided us through the process without any concerns. As areas emerged that required a bit of problem-solving and subjective decisions, we always received clear guidance from Andreina and her team, along with excellent options when extra decision-making was needed. Our new bathroom is truly an oasis. We won't hesitate to work with Bay State again, and we unequivocally recommend them for any home project you are considering. It was eye-opening to work with a construction team that was so responsive, punctual, kind, and easy to work with.

Bay State Remodeling is an excellent choice! They have just completed a bathroom and closet remodeling job for us, and everything about the experience was more than satisfactory. We worked with Bay State Remodeling to remodel our café (Angel's Cafe) at Patriot Place and it was a really good experience. From the beginning, I had ideas but didn’t really know how to put everything together. They helped a lot with the design and made things make sense. I never felt rushed or ignored, which I really appreciated. The renovation itself went smoothly, and the place looks completely different now. It feels more open, more welcoming, and just better for customers. A lot of people have already told us they like the new space.
