Bell Tower Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

Bell Tower Plumbing and Heating is a Medford plumbing, heating and gas fitting contractor, and most customers deal directly with Bill. Its Massachusetts plumber license 4007-PL-C is active on the state registry. Angi and HomeAdvisor list trade licence 15316-PL-M and a 4.7-star average from 71 ratings, and it holds 5 stars from 4 on Google. Water heaters are a recurring job. In an August 2019 HomeAdvisor review, a customer whose water heater ruptured a week after moving in said Bill called back personally, came out that day and came in under other quotes. In a February 2023 Google review, a customer said Bill installed their new hot water heater and had helped with other issues over the years. A May 2023 customer said the company moved a gas line during their kitchen remodel and praised Bill's work, and a November 2023 reviewer said the plumber came the same day with the parts, wore protective booties and put down cardboard on the hardwood floors. Two customers complained about pricing. In a May 2022 Angi review, a customer said a consultation fee that was supposed to be subtracted from the repair cost was added on top instead, and in January 2022 another reviewer called the contractor very unprofessional and said they were not satisfied with the price they paid.
