“Don’t use Benjamin Franklin either. Charged me $500 to replace the wax ring under a toilet. Of course they don’t tell you the price until the toilet is removed”
I had a plumbing emergency and technician Emma Trehy came out same day and not only replaced my toilet, but identified a problem with my water heater which has been causing problems with my hot water before I even had a chance to ask about that. She’ll be back Wednesday to replace that. And she didn’t try to sell me on it, just wanted me to be aware. I’ve been having issues for a few months! Also she was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This was truly a 5-star experience. Another 5-star experience with the installation of a new water heater. Emma and another technician arrived promptly and had the installation completed by lunchtime. Extremely satisfied.
Nik was very thorough, professional and polite. I am very pleased with the job he did while here in my home.
Vincenzo did a stellar toilet replacement and baseboard repair
Chris was the bearer of bad news, but he was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. I am very confident that he will fix the problem promptly and with minimal disruption.
Service was Awsome. Nick the technician was great. Just it’s little expansive. For 2 hour one one pipe leakage charged me amount which is too much.
