James & Co. did a wonderful job with four new energy efficient doors + frames/casing, two electronic padlocks, and removal of the old doors for an older house in Amherst. It was all done for a very reasonable price over two days and at what was quoted. No frills, no overselling what we didn't need. Doors were painted separately and the painter remarked on the quality of the work including the caulking. This is a *much* better and certainly more affordable option than several of the larger companies in the area, two of which gave quotes that were more than 3x what we pair for the work from James. James and Brooke were on top of things throughout and did a great job. Absolutely recommend.
The Bennett & Sons team was great to work with from start to finish. Prompt responses to all our questions, clear communication throughout the process; even when faced with a few unforeseen issues, worked with us to keep reasonably within the original quote. James and his team were prompt, respectful of our home, pets, and property.
