Benoit's Plumbing & Heating

I highly recommend Benoit’s Plumbing and Heating for all plumbing work needing to be done. Matt is very professional and experienced at his company. I have used him over the years and have had an excellent experience every time.

Had very good experiences with them for the most part over the last few years, but of late, I have recieved a bill with several items, some of which I can verify I had paid for in previous invoices. I have emailed and texted, simply asking to please review the charges, but instead of hearing anything back, I simply continue to get notices to pay the invoice which seems to include these items. The lack of communication and disregard to my inquiry is frustrating and disappointing especially after what had been a good working relationship. One of those charges were also apparently for coming back to fix something because they didnt have the right part when they first came out to do it (they had ordered the part, and by my records, had been paid for the repair the first time), so I dont see why they would charge a customer again for that situation. I only offer a less than positive review after much patience and attempted correspondence to resolve this issue Edit - they did finally respond and explained the bill in better detail so I understood they were new charges, so I am improving the rating to be fair. That said, the lack of communication for that stretch did cause frustration.

Plumbing issues are never really something you can wait on very long. Thankfully these guys are very quick to respond, and very thorough. I've had numerous of varying sizes and always excellent craftsmanship and professionalism.

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt Benoit and having him and his assistant connect our irrigation system today which was being installed separately by Thirsty Turf (Benoit’s was their plumbing sub contractor). Both companies did an amazing and efficient job. I should note that I previously had the “connection plumbing” done last year by a different contractor while we were planning and searching for a irrigation contractor. This turned out to be a terrible idea and not two minutes after Matt’s arrival he was able to identify that the previous contractor provided connection provisions that were not within code and could have created irrigation system problems had they not been addressed properly. If you’re reading this review and you’re like me, you want quality and efficient work. Benoit’s provided that level of work and service. I’m happy that between the two companies we now have a awesome residential irrigation system. I should also note that Matt reduced the price a good bit by using part of the mistake that was removed. Hard to find quality service these days but I assure you… I’ll be using Benoit’s in the future for our plumbing & heating needs. Thanks Guys!
