Berthier Tile & Renovation is a Fall River shop where five different reviewers all landed on the same word: detail. On Thumbtack, the company holds a 5.0 rating across 19 ratings and has racked up 212 project photos from 22 jobs booked through the platform, with a background check on file for Wesley Berthier, the tradesman customers keep naming directly. The work described is squarely tile: kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, floor and wall tiling around a new bathtub, a floating vanity install with a hidden-piping shelf underneath, and a patio laid with 24x24-inch heavy tile. Customers describe the crew as fast — one had a backsplash completed the day after reaching out — and hands-on with material choices, walking homeowners through what to buy before the job started. Several mention the site being kept clean and the job finishing on schedule. One thing to sort out before hiring: how long the company has actually been operating. Thumbtack's profile overview lists 9 years in business, while Wesley Berthier's own About text says 15 years in the tile industry — worth a direct question rather than assuming either number. For a tile-focused job — a backsplash, a bathroom retile, a patio — the reviews on file point to careful, communicative work; just confirm current pricing and timeline for your own project.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Berthier Tile. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

We recently had tile work completed by Berthier Tile and Renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail from start to finish. The tile was installed perfectly, and the finished project completely transformed the space. They were professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The work area was kept clean, and the project was completed on time as promised. It's clear that they take pride in their craft and care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Berthier Tile and Renovation to anyone looking for quality tile installation or renovation work. We would definitely use them again for future projects. Thank you! See pictures below. They tiled our basement floor and our patio floor.
I had an amazing experience with Wesley! They came out the very next day to complete my backsplash, and the work was absolutely flawless. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished result completely transformed the space. What impressed me even more was the follow-up — they checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the job. Professional, responsive, and highly skilled — I couldn’t recommend them more!
Wesley and his partner have been incredible to work with. Easy to communicate and spot on with the follow through. I had a patio installed with 24x24 2 inch heavy tiles. The job looks incredible! Thank you. Will hire them again for my next project.
They did an excellent job with our kitchen backsplash tiles! The quote was affordable and the quality of the work was excellent. I also appreciated how they gave us advice about what to buy and which decisions we would need to make. Highly recommended.
The team did a great job with redoing my master bathroom. They installed new floor tiling and wall tiling around the new bathtub. Very helpful with recommendations especially when it came to installing the floating vanity. They installed a nice shelf under the vanity to hide some piping, which came out very nice. Very punctual and clean, I would definitely recommend them for your next project!
