FAB Flooring INC is based in Fall River and holds a 3.8-star rating on Google from 11 ratings. In a 2025 Google review, a customer who had new flooring put in said they first brought the flooring up to the baseboards, leaving a quarter inch gap that they covered with white trim, and the customer had them take the baseboards out, bring the floor to the wall and reinstall the baseboards. The same 2025 review said the stairs that were redone came undone that very same night because the nail gun they used was jammed; they came back out and nailed them down, but some popped back up and the customer's texts and calls then went unanswered. That 2025 reviewer also said they were hours late on the days they gave a time. In a 2021 Google review, a customer called them very knowledgeable people who know their product well and wrote: "Ask for Eric, he's been in the business forever and will not steer you wrong."

We had new flooring put in a few months ago. Originally, they brought the new flooring up to the baseboards leaving a quarter inch gap between the floor and the baseboards. They then covered the gap with a white trim against the brown baseboards. I had to have them remove it and take the baseboards out and bring the floor to the wall and reinstall the baseboards because it was crappy work and wicked ugly. Then came the stairs. Omg. So when the stairs were redone it was a complete joke. These people are supposed to be professionals right? So I wasn’t surprised when that very same night the stairs came undone. The nail gun they used was jammed and not one nail was actually in the stairs. My pregnant wife almost fell down all the stairs. So I call them and complain. They come back out and nail them down but some popped back up in September. I text and call and they don’t respond. They are not punctual at all. Every day they said they would be here by a certain time they were hours late. There was always an excuse. They don’t respond to calls and texts. Do not do business with these people. It’s not worth the frustration.
Excellent people to work with. Very knowledgeable people, they know their product well and will assist you in all of your needs. Ask for Eric, he's been in the business forever and will not steer you wrong.
