Awesome! Jim and team are quick to respond and fixed my heater in no time. Thank you.
Jim the owner and his staff are absolutely wonderful
I do not recommend this company at all. At first Jim patiently spend time to explain the potential issue to gain my trust and confident. However his performance later destroyed it all. This job was to be done for a non-profit facility with limited budget. He first purchased wrong part, that delayed the repair. Then I found he charged twice for the part he bought. This took 2 weeks. He was always late and not respectful of the customer’s time. After replacing the part, the freezer still didn’t work and it took another 2 weeks for him to say it is a bigger problem and is going to cost a lot more. Then he quoted an astronomical number to replace the condenser. I asked him if he is fine with me buying the part and he installs it, to which he agreed. Then when I found the exact part with my connections from original manufacturer, he refused to install it. My bottom line is I didn’t find him trustable with quotes and not respectful of customer’s concerns, budget, and time.
Terrible terrible attitude!!! The technician told me coming in next week to fix my ice machine, then no more responses! I texted him and read, then ignored! Why you wasting client’s time???? Why don’t you reject our request if you cannot show up!! Worst mechanical ever!!!
I had come to this company on a request that they help me refill my refrigerant and also also check out my thermostat. When he and his younger assistant first came, he had brought the wrong refrigerant so then he had to come back the next day, therefore delaying the process. He came back the next day with a younger assistant with the correct refrigerant, and while they were present, only one of them was working, and the assistant was at a standstill, just watching his boss. After about 15 minutes of labor, the bill came. I was charged for the travel time which included the day before where he had made a mistake and brought the wrong refrigerant, so I was basically charged for his own mistake, which should've been left out of the bill. This travel time bill was not included in the labor cost which which was the whoppin amount of $124. The Labor cost was $174 for a two-man job despite only one person actually doing the work and the other person just standing and watching alongside with me. The material cost was $178. The total became a staggering $488 for only a 15 minute job from one man, not two which was what I was charged for. If If you are looking for job done on your property, do not come to this place because they will overcharge you for their own mistakes.
