Everton is the epitome of an unprofessional unlicensed contractor. Please refrain from hiring this man. You will regret it trust ME. He does not know what he is doing. His team is sloppy, careless, and messy. On top breaks and throws your stuff without consulting you. Everton started an addition that he bid 5x and mishandled his payments causing him to leave us hanging with an unfinished addition with so many mistakes and wrongdoings. Working with Bez Construction has been a nightmare. Regret hiring him. Everton is not licensed and has someone else “overseeing” who does not oversee at all- not even aware of the situation and mishandling of contracts and jobs. He never finished our addition.The materials he orders is either damage, on sale, or another clients unwanted items. Does not listen or pay attention to the customer or client. He talks all this BS and to be honest he’s like a car salesman that misleads you. He probably never completed carpentry or a business course in his life!! Disorganized to the T. Excuses after excuses. We are so dissatisfied with the quality of the work he has started and left us with. He blatantly lied to us many times about material status and always blamed everyone else no accountability for his own actions and wrong doings. He will take advantage of you. He milks the job while using your money to buy company trucks/suv, adds a new office and he vacations on your dime, and then tells you he doesn’t have enough money to finish your job like he did to us. Stay away. This company and man are a nightmare!!!

UPDATED please read - found out this guy is not licensed at all. No HICL or CSL. He advertises dreams but delivers nightmares. Took my money and didn’t finish the job. Would never recommend. Note the pictures are the *end state* of his work (and I only posted outside but the inside is all studs, just not posting for safety - but many mistakes that now also have to get fixed). He left it like this and refuses to return calls, texts or emails for some time now. Never finished the job just took my money. In hindsight, I would never hire him. Home addition well into the six figures, 6 months into a schedule we were promised would be at most 3 months (and is in the contract is 3). Extremely unreliable and can’t even plan out what he will be doing over the next week. Suddenly had to leave the house 1 month into the project (he misplanned the electrical, so we couldn’t have electricity until the rough was done), and we were out of the house for 3 months, and the job still fell behind. Keeps losing his subs due to non payment (despite my having paid him 80% of the total job so far), yet somehow he opened a new office and got a new company car in the meantime. No end in sight and I regret ever trusting him with my home project. Comes across as a nice person, but just blatantly tells you mis truths and doesn’t know how to run his job. Also is rarely ever on the job site himself so every inspection takes multiple times to complete because this GC doesn’t actively manage the work. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My family has suffered greatly from this company (and still does).
