Charles M Moran Plumbing & Heating

A 2025 Google reviewer called the company on a Saturday, and by Monday morning it was in their apartment starting piping repairs behind the bathtub wall. That 2025 customer wrote that one of their cats snuck into the crevice behind the wall without Moran's team knowing, and the opening was closed up. When the customer called later, the company suggested removing the panel to check, and the cat was found. In the same 2025 review, "several of the gentlemen from the company" called afterward to follow up on the cat's wellbeing, and the customer described the prices as reasonable. In a 2023 Google review, a customer described professional work done at a fair price. A 2023 Google reviewer said they called to schedule an appointment and nobody showed up or called. That 2023 customer called again, was promised a visit, and again nobody showed up or called. Paul Moran's Massachusetts plumber license, 9509-PL-M, is active on the state registry. BuildZoom lists licence numbers 1438 and 1223 and shows 97 projects for the company.
