Patriot Pools is a pool service company with a 2.9-star Google rating from 8 ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A 2024 customer said that when their filter was shot mid summer, they came within a day or two to replace it and make the pool swimmable again. A 2024 customer said they had the pool open and sparkling in no time that spring. A 2025 customer said Dave talked them into a year contract and was responsive until signing, then kept saying he was too busy while the pool stayed dirty all summer. That 2025 customer said they paid him to close the pool and he never did, so they paid another company to do it, and that he took their pool cover, claiming it was broken.
Please beware of this company. They are total scam artists. Very disappointed with patriot pools, Dave talked us into a year contract and was very responsive upon signing the contract. Since then the summer has been a disaster with him. He continually tells us he's too busy and non responsive. Our pool has been dirty all summer. We replaced all equipment with him and spent a lot of money. He took our pool cover, claiming it was broken. We paid him to close the pool and he never did, we had to pay another company to do it. Very disappointing experience, not a professional company at all.
filter was shot mid summer and these guys came within a day or two to replace and make the pool swimmable again. couldn't recommend enough, they care
Patriot are really knowledgeable and responsive. They had our pool open and sparkling in no time this spring.
