Blue Owl Plumbing

I was in a jam. The hot water in the kitchen sink would not shut off and was streaming (not a drizzle). I had to shut the hot off to the entire house. It was a weekend. I had lost touch with -plumbers I had used in the past... Who to call? Who to trust? I did a quick search and found Blue Owl. I remembered seeing their service van at a neighbor's in recent months - a neighbor whose opinion I trusted. I gave them a call & left a msg about my situation (non-working hours on a Sunday night). Got a call back first thing next morning. Plumber was at my house w/in 2 hours. First one person. Pleasant, friendly, explained how they work & charge. Took a look. Made a plan to fix. Asked if I wanted to upgrade 40+ yr old piping in certain area. I said yes. We picked out a new faucet assembly for the kitchen sink. I purchased that. Plumber checked other areas of the house (bathroom, basement) while we waited for an apprentice to arrive. The apprentice was equally as pleasant and informative. I like to ask questions because I'm one of those "how does it work" kinda people. I'm not testing the pros cuz' I have no knowledge; I'm just naturally curious. The point is, both Blue Owl reps were kind and patient and answered my questions as they worked. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating right away. I was on a natural high to be "made whole" again. However, I decided to wait to see if the "fixes" stuck. Well, 3 months have passed and all repairs are working as they should and I have no leaks. I appreciate Blue Owl for: - their responsiveness - kindness - clear explanations of the work involved and cost to 1) fix the faucet and hot water, 2) fix those and do next level plumbing, and 3) replace most of everything. I liked having options. I liked understanding the cost and time for each. - cleanliness - professional behavior - pricing transparency - estimate matched final bill - quality of work Based on this one experience, I would call Blue Owl again and I highly recommend Blue Owl to you.

Amazing company!! I had a plumbing emergency during a weekend that needed to be fixed. After calling over 10 different plumbing companies Blue owl was the only one that answered my call and accepted the job. Caitlin was incredibly helpful through the entire process, and sent a technician out right away! Tony showed up and was professional and incredibly friendly! He fixed the issue (leaking pipe on the 2nd floor) quickly and did an amazing job. He explained everything he was doing throughout the entire job, and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician to fix my problem. I can’t say enough great things about Blue Owl, especially Tony the technician! I will forever be a client of Blue Owl!

Customer as of June 2026, Josh and Seth with Blue Owl helped my family and I out with a sump-pump upgrade. Their attention to detail before, during and after the job was impeccable. The transparency around the entire job was always open and clear. The pair worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. We highly recommend BO for your plumbing and heating issues. Great experience! Caleb and Joshua are very knowledgeable, polite, and kind. They did excellent work on a variety of issues, including a major kitchen sink block, maintenance of our on demand water heater, leaky pipes, and poorly-installed toilets. They are also great teachers, and I learned so much about what to look for in the future. Thank you!
