Luccas Santos is the proprietor of record, and reviewers name him and his father Dino together so consistently that the two of them are effectively the company's public face. The work people describe hiring them for splits cleanly in two. On the service side they open and close pools, chase leaks, and keep water clear through the season. On the build side they replace liners, coping and skimmers, install saltwater systems and safety covers, and put in whole inground pools with the patio work around them. Liner replacement is the thread running through the whole history. A homeowner in a 2025 review described them stripping old aluminum coping, setting a new liner track and concrete coping, and fitting a new liner, and said the wait through the busy season was worth it. A 2023 reviewer wrote that after a new liner they stayed on to trace a serious leak and replace multiple pipes under the stone, coming out late in the day after other jobs rather than walking away. In a 2022 review a customer listed a patio, liner, stairs, new lines and jets, a cover and winterization as one job. Responsiveness is the other constant. Reviewers describe same-day consultations, calls and texts returned quickly, and an owner who keeps answering questions long after the invoice is paid. That praise is recent as well as historical: a July 2026 customer wrote that Luccas answered the phone himself and was at the house that afternoon, and a Bellingham neighbor called them the best on quality and prices in a May 2026 Nextdoor thread. Two things are worth raising before you book. Scheduling in summer is genuinely tight, and it shows in the praise as much as the complaints: several satisfied customers mention waiting. A 2022 one-star review put it less kindly, saying a May pool opening was booked, the problem was never fixed, and small jobs seemed to lose out to big ones. A second one-star, from 2025, alleges poor quality and accuses the company of retaliating with fake reviews of the reviewer's own business; it is a dispute between two businesses rather than a straightforward customer account, and nothing else in the record speaks to it. Their Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, number 195479, is verified as active with the state and is held in the company's own name. Blue Pool is the right call for a liner, a renovation or a full inground build in the Medway, Needham, Sharon and Hingham corridor if you can book early and hold the timeline. Ask for firm scheduling in writing before summer, and confirm the registration yourself at the state consumer affairs site.

I have been looking for a company to make a pool for my father's house for a while now. I've shopped around and felt uneasy with how other companies would treat me and pressure us to make something we weren't comfortable having. I called up Blue Pool Inc. and Luccas answers and gives me a same day consultation. He shows up at my father's residence in the afternoon and after listening to what we would like out of our pool, Luccas came up with an idea on how he could implement it while also giving us the pros and cons on what we wanted. I was shocked with how clear and sincere he was and once we came to an agreement he and his team pulled the necessary permits, used professional machinery, and within 4 weeks we had a pool for the rest of the summer! Extremely satisfied with the result and am definitely using Blue Pool to close and open our pool when the time comes. Thank you once again to Luccas and his amazing customer service!
Luccas, Dino and team were great! Even though they did our liner during their very busy time, they did an amazing job, answered all my calls/texts right away. I would recommend Blue Pools to anyone for maintenance or new install!
I hired Blue Pool this summer to renovate my inground pool, which included removing the old aluminum coping, installing a new liner track and concrete coping, and removing the old liner and installing a new liner. I could not be happier in the decision to use Blue Pool! Luccas was amazing to work with. His communication was great and he guided me through the process of the renovation. The summer time is really busy time of year for them so I had to wait a bit before they were ready to do the work, but it was definitely worth the wait. I cannot recommend Blue Pool enough for this type of work. I will be reaching out them in the future if i need any additional work on the pool and will recommend them to others as well.
This was the first time we used Blue Pool Inc. and we would highly recommend them. Lucas and Dino impressed us immediately when they came to give us an estimate. They were kind, knowledgeable and patient. They took their time to explain every detail for our very big job. We wanted to raise the deep end to create all one level, fix our broken stairs and replace the liner. Turns out they did everything they said they would do and more. Every one of their guys were really hard workers, so very kind, respectful and considerate. They all gave 100% plus to make sure the job was done right. At the end of each day the crew cleaned everything up. They left everything immaculate every day. We had many companies for all kinds of jobs over the years and never had a company that had such great workers. It was an all around excellent experience and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did and how it turned out. You will not be disappointed if you hire this wonderful pool company.
