Bob's Pool Services is a pool company people call for seasonal openings and closings and for filter trouble. A 2023 customer said their pool had been cloudy with some algae for two years before Bob's team came by quickly, figured out the cartridge was incorrect and fixed a few parts on the filter and skimmer; the pool was clear the next day. That 2023 customer added that the company had opened and closed the pool for the last few years and called its prices very affordable. A 2022 customer, new to owning a pool, said Bob and his crew came out quickly to a filter system with a bunch of leaks and fixed every problem. A 2025 customer said Bob and team had handled the pool's opening and closing for five years and the pool never opened green. A 2024 customer said Bob had been the family's pool man for 20+ years. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, number HIC.0612309, held by BOB'S POOL SERVICE LLC, is expired on the state registry.
I have been working with Bob and team for 5 years. The team is awesome. They take care of my opening and closing and I never opened the pool to find green water!! Amazing team. Courtney running the office has an amazing personality!! They care about their clients.
Bob has been my family’s pool man for 20+ years. He and his team do an amazing job. They provide great and friendly service. The pool is always sparkling clean. Everyone should be as lucky to have Bob as their pool man!
I never write reviews… but this company is amazing. We purchased a home a few years ago that came with a pool and we had no clue what we were doing. We attempted to take care of the pool based on our own research for two years before I found BOB. My pool was always cloudy, some algae, etc Bob’s team came by quickly after I reached out to take a look, figured out the cartridge was incorrect, fixed a few parts on the filter/skimmer and all my problems were gone! Crystal clear pool the next day. We have had them close and open the pool the last few years and their knowledge/tips they’ll share with you alone is worth their VERY affordable prices. The office staff is always extremely friendly too!
Im brand new to pool ownership and had a bunch of leaks in my filter system, with not a clue what to do. Bob and his crew came out quickly and fixed every problem, answered all of my questions, and did an amazing job for the best price around!...Bob is my new pool guy forever and should be yours too!! Thank you guys!!😀
