And the company's own marketing claims "25+ years of experience," but Thumbtack's structured business fields separately list it as established in 2023 with three years in business, and BuildZoom's permit history only goes back to 2023 as well. That gap is more likely Dan's personal trade background reading as company history than an invented one, but it's worth asking directly how long Bonney Building LLC itself has operated under that name. For an older Cape house that needs someone comfortable working around original framing and non-standard layouts, the reviews on file back that up, even if there are only a handful of them so far.
