I offer my unequivocal endorsement of Sam Naoom, owner of S&S Construction. If you are looking to hire a building contractor with the best skills and highest integrity, you need to hire Sam. I first met Sam under very difficult circumstances. My mother had taken ill and was hospitalized for about a month, after which she would return home. The problem......her home was a disaster that was at risk of being condemned. As fate would have it, Sam and his crew were recruited by a mutual friend to help clean out that house while Mom was away. He asked me what I planned to do and, honestly, I was really behind the 8-ball. I had no idea what to do. Sam told me that he could help me. I was skeptical - I only had a month for a 3 month job - but he convinced me to take a chance. It was surely a leap of faith since I didn't know him at all. He could have really taken advantage of the situation. Instead, he gave me a fair quote and off we went. Long story short.....he flipped that house in 30 days. New walls, new electrical throughout, new kitchen, renovated floors, renovated bathroom, new HVAC, renovated attic...... It was an incredible accomplishment. And from that moment forward (10 years now) we have been close associates. Since then, Sam has built two incredibly beautiful houses for me on Cape Cod. These houses are literally showstoppers. People stop to admire them as they walk by. He is the consummate professional. He can develop and manage your project, no matter what size. And he can put on his tool belt and do the work. He is very highly skilled in construction means and methods. He knows the building codes and the local requirements of the different jurisdictions on Cape Cod. Sam has a deep bench of subcontractor trades to pull from. Most importantly, Sam does high quality work and he stands behind his work. Every project has hiccups and he knows how to work through them. He's an honest guy that takes tremendous pride in his craft and his client relationships. He's a local contractor with deep knowledge of the Cape. He's a devoted husband and Father who is committed to his family first. I am fortunate to have met him and I'm grateful to him for the hard work he has done to benefit me and my family. You cannot find a better building contractor on Cape Cod. I can't recommend him enough.

Since we moved to the Cape, we have always been able to rely on S & S Construction (led by Sam) for our various house projects. From a new roof with some chimney repairs, to exterior siding projects, to a complete renovation of our basement-level family room in addition to a terrific built-in bookcase for heavy, collectible books, Sam and his team have always given us top-shelf craftsmanship. Sam is meticulous and very knowledgeable, and he has been able to guide us through several unexpected situations. He also has a great team. Anyone would be in great hands with Sam & his team.
