Luis was phenomenal for the entire process of water remediation. He knew exactly how to guide me in the process for insurance approval and assured me that I would not have money coming out of my pocket for the expenses. He helped me arrange a pack up of my living room and then placed his equipment in my house until all readings were in the normal zone. He photographed all readings as well to show the progression from zones. His equipment was amazing - it removed 25gal of water from my home. He ensured that all mold was removed, anything that was damaged from mold was cut out, and lastly he worked with me to save my kitchen from demo (since we had just redone it) even though it would have made him more money to go through with the demo. I would highly recommend this company.

Luis and his team are nothing but top notch. After discovering a leak in our basement, I called Luis and he was over our house in 15 minutes to check out the damage. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He and his team came over first thing the next morning and took care of the damage and mold remediation in a clean and efficient way. Luis was amazing! I had 3-4 inches of water in my finished basement! Showed up immediately and assessed the situation and dried my basement and the floors completely! I didn’t lose my walls …. And more importantly…. No mold! He came several times during the process to ensure the process was working. He also handled the insurance process and made a stressful situation very manageable!
