It’s interesting to finally get a response here, considering our repeated calls and emails over an extended period went completely unanswered. Since you mention to my colleague ( Barbara Jones) we should “reach out directly,” perhaps you could clarify where exactly that is supposed to be, because the phone numbers and emails we’ve been contacting were either ignored or conveniently unavailable. If you are genuinely interested in resolving this matter (which so far has not been reflected in your actions), kindly provide us with the correct point of contact who will actually respond. Otherwise, your message reads more like damage control than a real attempt at resolution. We’ll be awaiting your actual direction this time.
