In an August 2026 Angi review, a landlord said Henry fixed showers and toilets in two tenant apartments and left a written invoice and a written furnace assessment. One August 2026 Angi reviewer said they paid hundreds for a toilet repair that made the problem worse, and that on the callback the company offered to sell them a new toilet instead of fixing it.
