Bowdoin Electric

Customers call him Eddy. Robert E. Bowdoin runs Bowdoin Electric as a sole proprietorship out of Hyannis, and his Massachusetts electrician licence is active on the state registry. Three customers have written about the work, all in 2025, and all three land on the same thing: he talks to you. One in September 2025 described fair, honest dealing and solid communication and said they were glad to have found him. Another, writing in February 2025 after several projects together, called him a good listener as much as a good electrician. The third wrote in January 2025 in Spanish, from Mexico, to say Eddy and his work are both excellent. The permit trail is wider than the reviews. BuildZoom's profile ties 614 projects to the licence, with electrical work on heat pumps, furnace and AC swaps and boiler wiring recorded in Falmouth, East and North Falmouth, Woods Hole, Orleans and Dennis Port — a working radius that reaches well past Hyannis. The company describes its own range as residential and commercial: panels, lighting, wiring, generators and low-voltage systems. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+ and records it as not accredited. One number to square: the Google page averages 4.3 stars across seven ratings, while the three written accounts are all five stars. For a panel upgrade, a generator, or the electrical side of a heat pump or boiler swap anywhere from Hyannis out to Orleans, this is a reasonable call with a licence you can check. Settle the schedule when you book — the permit list covers a lot of towns.
