Our Bosch washing machine stopped working- error code came up that something was stuck in the drainage pipe and the door wouldn't unlock! We called Brewster Appliance and made an appointment for the following day - Ford came on time, was polite and professional, and fixed the problem for a fair price. Will definitely call again next time we need them! Thank you guys! :)

I have worked with Ford several times for multiple appliances at a seasonal home on cape cod. He is prompt. Professional and very good at his job. I have been very pleased. I highly recommend him and his work. I could not be happier.

Great service, came over on the 4th of July in the evening and fixed our older stacked washer and dryer. Very friendly and quick service.

Worst experience ever!!!!!This guy has no idea how to fix the new generation of washers and dryers,20 years ago things were simple, not a lot of sensors and circuits.if u have an old washer or dryer he might be able to fix it otherwise don't bother calling this guy.you'll probably regret it.

Absolutely Awful!! If you have an old clunker - he may be able to fix that. I have a new front loader and he stared at it, directions in hand for about 1.5 hours, charged me $95 and left me with a broken machine and no plan on how to fix it. Stupid me - I paid him as I am respectful of work done but expected that he would have a plan to fix it. No such luck - left me with a broken machine, out $95 and has twice promised to refund half of my money at my request and never have I received a cent. The company that finally came to fix my new front loader was in and out within 10 minutes, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Mr. Brewster Appliance should have admitted over the phone that he had NO idea how to fix a modern front loading washer. I contacted another company before I contacted them and they told me point blank that they do not fix front loaders. I found him highly recommended on Angies list. I believe that he treated me this way because I am a single woman and he feels that he can get away with it. Obviously he does not mind lying as long as he makes a buck. I have learned a big lesson on the kind of person NOT to hire and that is the only thing I can thank him for. $95 is a lot of money to pay for his gas from office to my house.
