Toilet installation wasn’t level. When I pointed it out he blamed it on the floor. P.S the floor was level. He cranked so hard on tightening the toilet that my new toilet cracked in two places. He was going to come back and replace the toilet but he wasn’t going to address the root problem and the same thing would have happened again. I had to call in someone else and he refused to give me any money back and told me to stop communicating with him. I would not recommend him.
Toilet replacement done wrong, not level and cracked due to improper installation. Had to use another plumber to fix. Glad we did.
We have used Brian for many years. He is efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone.
I called Brian’s service. He got back to me right away. He came the next day and fixed two plumbing problems. He was professional and polite. In addition to providing quality service there were few small things that stood out over other tradesman . He took his shoes off when he came in, where other tradesmen I’ve used just track mud thru the house . He closed the door where others don’t even bother closing the storm door. He cleaned up after his work and removed all garbage and boxes. Just the little things that make a difference. I was happpy with his work and would recommend him
