Brian O'Callaghan Plumbing

I'm a repeat customer of Brian O'Callaghan Plumbing and still highly recommend his services. He was able to provide a simple fix for our faucet and didn't upsell us for services. He called me back within 10 minutes, gave me an appointment for the next day, and showed up on time. Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. ___________________________________________________ Brian O'Callaghan Plumbing came today to install a new mudroom sink and replace some older plumbing. Brian scoped out the job a day early to make sure he had everything he needed, ensuring there weren't any surprises or delays- such great customer service. He came right on time, explained what he needed to be done and was a delight during the entire process. He worked efficiently and did a terrific job. A plus was how lovely he was to our elderly dog who gets nervous! His price was reasonable and I highly recommend his company.

I recently had an obscure leak in my bathroom ceiling that was nearly impossible to find. I called Brian—someone I’ve trusted on many jobs over the years—and once again, he proved why he’s my go-to. It took us two days of testing every possibility before we finally had to cut into the ceiling. Even then, the source wasn’t obvious until Brian spotted it: a hole smaller than a pinhead in an old copper pipe (my home was built in the 1980s). The water had been jetting upward, soaking the woodwork and leaking through a light fixture. Brian carefully cut out the damaged section and soldered in a new piece of pipe. Problem solved—no more leak. His persistence, skill, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Brian for any plumbing issue, especially the tricky ones.

Brian is the best plumber I have experienced. He takes great pride in running his business and explains everything thoroughly. I would strongly recommended him over any of the bigger plumbing companies.
