The company's own site says it's been family-run since 2011, staffed by Local 12 union-trained plumbers; the Better Business Bureau's own record, by contrast, lists the company as founded in 1992, under President Paul F Lyons — the two histories don't line up. The strongest reviews are about emergencies handled well: in a February 2026 review, two customers described a crew working for hours through a 3am pipe burst in an apartment building, then vacuuming, wiping down counters, and mopping before leaving. In a 2021 review, a customer whose basement had six inches of water after a sump pump failure said help arrived within the hour and left the new pump properly installed rather than sitting in a dirt hole. Another, from 2022, described a team of four replacing a burst pipe across an apartment complex over four days, cleaning up every night. A 2024 Reddit thread in r/QuincyMa recommended the company for handling both big and small jobs quickly and professionally. The complaints are pointed. A 2024 review praised the plumber's actual work but called the billing department "a nightmare" — no itemized bill, unreturned calls, continued billing after a check was sent. A 2023 review says the company was banned from a property after an employee was screamed at over the phone and the crew entered without approval; a 2021 review accuses the owner of taking property from a job site and ducking calls afterward, a dispute the reviewer says went to the police. A June 2026 review separately flagged inaccurate after-hours phone hours. The hands-on plumbing work draws real praise, especially for emergencies, but the disputes over billing and conduct are worth asking about directly — get billing terms and scope in writing before the truck rolls.
