Broderick Building & Remodeling did an outstanding job from start to finish. They kept the project moving smoothly, and actually finished under budget. We had a tight timeline and Brad and the team executed a full tear down and completely new structure in under a year. Their communication was excellent throughout the process—every question was answered promptly, and updates were clear and consistent. We worked closely with Brad to understand the different product choices and the pros and cons of each. His guidance and experience produced a home we counldn't be happier with. We recently did a renovation to our living room and added a garage and master bedroom and mud room. The project went flawlessly and we are so happy with the way it turned out. We have received so many positive comments from our neighbors about how the addition seamlessly compliments the original home. We loved working with Brad and Laurie. Brad and all of his subcontractors did a fantastic job at remodeling my home. The remodel encompassed stripping the 2 layers of siding, trim and roofing, removing the brick chimney, new siding, new roof lines and roofing, replacement of all windows and trim, reconfiguring front and kitchen windows, adding porticos over front and back new doors, replacing bulk head and stairwell to basement, Issues that were uncovered were addressed and repaired. Interior work included removal of brick hearth, patching in hard wood floor and refinishing, interior window and door trim, installation of gas fireplace and finish painting. Through out the reno process Brad provided guidance and suggestions in the selection of materials. Brad maintained oversight on all phases of the project resulting is a beautiful renovation.
