Most people call Bros when something is already wet. A customer in July 2026 had water seeping in along the foundation line near his sump pump; the crew re-sealed cracks and upgraded the pump, and eight months later he wrote that it had held. Another, in January 2026, described water rushing into his mother's basement during a storm and technicians who arrived fast and got it under control. What recent customers write about most is the conversation before the work. In July and August 2026, several described being shown the actual cracks and moisture patterns and then given choices: one had been braced for the worst about his foundation walls and was told the problem was smaller than he feared; another said the crew separated what really needed doing from what was worry. A buyer whose inspector had flagged moisture took several bids, went with Bros, and wrote that the installation took two days, the crew cleaned up, and the humidity downstairs dropped. The work spans crack sealing, interior sealant and drainage, sump pump replacement, full drain systems, moisture barriers and vent fixes, crawl space encapsulation, and regrading with a water membrane where melting snow pooled by a customer's back stairs every spring. Two things to settle before signing. Bros Basement Waterproofing is a trading name of Conversion Lab LLC, which runs location pages for fourteen US cities with Boston among them and names no owner, so ask who will be on your job and who stands behind the warranty. And the company's own site says it has been fixing wet basements since 2018 on one page while claiming more than ten years of experience on another. Two customers also flagged small things: a December 2025 mix-up over timing, sorted quickly, and a little mess left behind on another job. The written reviews all date from November 2025 onward.
