Brundage Site Work is an Eastham excavation and site contractor that the Outer Cape calls for the jobs under the ground: Title V and Innovative/Alternative septic systems, town water and sewer connections, foundations, concrete and site prep. The company says it is locally owned and operated by Corey Brundage, who according to its own history began landscaping in high school in 2005 and built the firm into a full team by 2014, and it describes itself as licensed, insured and Title V certified. The work it is known for is genuinely specialised. In December 2020 the Provincetown Independent reported that Brundage was installing the Outer Cape's first layered 'layer cake' leach field, designed by J.C. Ellis Design for a multi-unit property on Route 6 in Eastham, and a septic technology supplier lists the company as the system installer on a Great Pond project in Eastham. It also turns up in public records as an approved utility contractor for Orleans and in Provincetown's sewer department listings, and in 2019 it helped rebuild the ramps at Orleans' Finch Skate Park. Corey Brundage was nominated for a Cape Cod small business award. Customers who got their job done describe careful, persistent work. A January 2026 reviewer had a troublesome Seashore driveway hardened and a Wellfleet town water hookup done, calling the crew reliable, prompt and smart on both; a 2023 customer connecting a parents' summer home in Eastham to town water described the crew fighting a massive clay seam that kept clogging the boring mole, digging by hand to clear it, then backfilling and reseeding the lawn. A 2022 reviewer needing an emergency town water connection cited quick turnaround, constant communication and a good price. The other side of the record is recent and serious, and should be settled before any money changes hands. In a May 2026 review a customer said they paid a deposit of more than $18,000 in October 2024 for a septic installation, were told in April 2025 the work could not happen until September, asked for the deposit back, and were repeatedly told a cheque had been sent - to them and to their attorney - without one arriving. A separate April 2025 reviewer said the company came out to look at a retaining wall, promised a quote, and never answered the follow-up calls. The Better Business Bureau grades the business B-, citing failure to respond to a complaint filed against it. There is also a paperwork question. The Massachusetts registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration, number 210430, as expired, while the company's own site describes it as licensed and insured. If you are hiring for septic or town water work on the Outer Cape, Brundage has the specialist experience and public-record standing to do it. Before signing, confirm the current registration status with the state directly, get the schedule in the contract, and agree in writing what happens to a deposit if the dates move.

Hired Brundage to install a septic system in October 2024, gave them a check for over 18k as a deposit. April of 25 they told me that they couldn't do the job until September. The install was supposed to be in May. I told them that didn't work for me and I asked for my deposit back. They told me twice that the check was mailed. They told my attorney that she would have the check delivered to her office the next day, never arrived. They told me that their attorney would cut me a check, nothing again. They constantly lie to your face. I would never hire or recommend this company.
I have worked with Brundage a couple of ways. We hired them to harden a long troublesome driveway in the Seashore and they hooked me up to town water in Wellfleet. They were reliable, prompt, and smart regarding both projects. It honestly felt like they cared about doing a good job. That goes a long way in my book!
I called for a quote on a retaining wall. They came and looked at it and told me they would get me a quote. Numerous calls for the quote have gone unanswered. They just donβt care and ghost customers. Lousy way to run a business. Donβt bother calling them and save yourself aggravation.
My Nana has been working with Cory for decades. I remember him from school but more since we graduated, and he took his spot to shine. Absolute master at what he does, and "he makes me feel comfortable" from what my Nana says. I will absolutely recommend him to anybody who is looking for a responsible and respectful professional. Can't say anything bad except the timing only due to noise because he respects your neighbors ad much as he respects you. Much appreciated π
We asked around our area for the best choice to install town water into our parents' summer home in Eastham on Corliss Way. Our well required a softner system with tanks in the basement. It was time for town water since it now ran down our street. Many folks pointed to Brundage, and others said they would never got to us. Well, (lol) they showed up within the month timeframe they gave us. And what a job! They had a mole to tunnel underground. No one knew the house was sitting on a massive lump of clay. The mole kept getting clogged up and the digger and shovels had to come out. Workers dug down through the clay to get to the mole to clean the clay off it. Soon there were giant holes across the lawn up the hill to the house. But they got it done. Then filled the holes and planted new grass. We do have nice clean town water to the house now, just waiting for final town inspection. I say: Brundage did an excellent job even though the soil condition was a total challenge.
