Customers of Bug Bully's Concord office almost always name the person who came to the house — Joe Doucet, CJ Hall, Jason Dow, Austin Liberty, Samuel Noonan, Davit Kalugini — and owner Michael Wrightson shows up in the reviews doing site visits himself. The written history at this location is young: the comments run from 2025 into 2026, but there are already around 95 of them. The work people describe most is rodent exclusion rather than baiting alone. Reviewers describe technicians patching the small holes mice were using, sealing entry points in living space and carrying away spent traps, and in one October 2025 review a customer said CJ found and closed two new gaps mice had opened after earlier work. Another October 2025 customer described a hole being sealed and then colour-matched to the exterior of the house. A November 2025 reviewer said a technician set traps for a rat they had seen and reported honestly that there was no evidence of rats inside. Stinging insects are the other constant. In April 2026 a homeowner with a recurring paper wasp problem under their deck stairs said Samuel found a second hidden location and cleared both in one short visit. In a September 2025 review a customer with an underground hornets' nest said Jason Dow came the same day they called; in another that month, a severely bee-allergic homeowner wrote that Davit found the nest that five people had failed to locate, treated it, and booked a second spray. A July 2025 customer with two large wasp nests said the company got back to them quickly and came the day after the call. Bats, ticks, mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches all appear as well — in an August 2025 review a homeowner said Michael Wrightson returned a message about bats the same day, evaluated the property, found them confined to an outside shutter, and resolved it for what they called a reasonable cost. Two things are worth knowing before calling. The record is uniformly five-star and only about a year deep at this location, so there is little history of how the company handles a job that goes wrong. And one five-star review from March 2026 was posted with an AI assistant's drafting preamble still in its text, which is worth keeping in mind when reading the set as a whole. This is a strong fit for a mouse or rat problem where sealing the house matters more than spraying it, and for urgent wasp, hornet or bat work. Ask what the inspection covers, whether follow-up visits are included, and what the warranty runs to.
Another Awesome job with Joe. very knowledgeable, and works well with customers
Joe was professional and helpful. Great service. Arrived within the tine frame given.
We called to have the underside of our deck stairs treated for a recurring paper wasp issue. Samuel quickly identified a second location they'd been hiding and was able to take care of everything in one short visit. If the wasps or other unwanted guests ever come back we'll be happy to work with Bug Bully again!
Met the owner and he is very professional and knowledgeable. The technician Austin was very prompt and thorough.
Sam was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to do business with Bug Bully and their staff!
