Concord Carlisle Pest Control L.L.C. is hired by homeowners dealing with persistent mice and animal-removal needs. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner said Matt identified and addressed entry points after another company had failed for three months, and mouse activity fell sharply within a week. The review history is small but specific: four Google Reviews from November 2023 through October 2025. Reviewers describe hours spent sealing potential mouse entry points and working through difficult areas, and another customer praised Matt as effective, honest, thorough, responsive, and professional. A November 2023 customer also described help with animal removal. Before booking, ask which exclusion and follow-up steps fit the property and confirm the scope of any animal-removal work. The reviews describe hands-on inspection, sealing, and reduced activity, but they do not establish a broader pest catalog or service terms. This is a sensible call for homeowners seeking a detailed response to recurring mice or a specific animal-removal problem. Discuss the inspection findings, entry-point work, follow-up plan, and exact wildlife scope before work begins.

We moved into our house a few months ago and quickly realized we had a mouse problem. We worked with a big company for 3 months and there was zero improvement. A neighbor recommended Matt and after just a week we see a HUGE decrease in activity and it is clear he is actually fixing the problem by eliminating the entry points instead of just trying to keep the population at bay with bait traps. He has been extremely professional and thorough, and I highly recommend him!
Matt is by far the most effective, honest, and thorough pest management professional we've ever worked with. The first group we hired to solve mouse problems at our new house charged us quite a bit just to put down traps and solved nothing. The next 3 we talked to spoke about exclusions but either quoted an exorbitant amount or never put together a plan specific to our needs. Matt was the first to crawl into the exterior crawl space before we'd even hired him, get a close look at all of our issues, and make a detailed, specific recommendation. Even more impressive, he recommended that rather than pay him, we first hire a carpenter to resolve some of the larger gaps he found. We got that done and brought Matt back in to seal up remaining gaps around the rest of the house. Best money we've spent since we moved.
Matt was so helpful with animal removal! Very responsive and professional!
After 10+ years of trying different ways to deal with mice coming into our house, we reached out to Matt after our neighbor highly recommended him. We had tried a few different pest control companies in the past to treat for mice, but they didn't do much more than what I've done myself with traps, etc. which managed but didn't fix the problem. Matt was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough when he came out to look at our house mice situation. He ended up spending a few hours at our house sealing every potential mice entry point, and even worked with me to get into hard to reach areas under our closed off front porch and entry area to seal as well. We went from catching ~15 mice in the house over the 2 weeks before Matt sealed to having no sign of mice at all in the time since. We were very happy with Matt's service, and plan to use him for any future pest control needs. We would highly recommend him.
