Brian did a wonderful job replacing my old walk-in shower with a new custom tiled walk-in shower. He did all the demolition work and rebuilt the new tiled shower. He was a pleasure to work with. He paid attention to the details and finished the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Burns Tile Installation for any of your new construction, remodels for repair projects.

It was an absolute pleasure having Brian from Burns Tile Installation complete the tile project in the bathroom, including a fabulous 4X5 foot shower and the backsplash in the kitchen. This extremely positive experience --- 1. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Such a wonderful final result. 2. Brian is meticulous and takes no shortcuts. Any unknown problems that are uncovered during demolition are properly resolved with full explanation to the client. 3. Brian provides a start date, estimated timeline for the project and adheres to that information. He is dedicated to working and completing one project at a time. 4. Brian provides expert opinion on design, tile and grout choice. He also makes any difficult tile choices by the client work beautifully. 5. His estimates for the project are accurate. Final billing is detailed and easy to understand. 6. And last but not least, his office manager is amazing -- very informative with expert opinions to assist the client. All calls to the office are promptly returned. This is my second bathroom renovation that Burns Tile Installation has completed. I hope this is my final move, but if not I would most definitely call Brian and wait for his availability!

Brian installed a marble backsplash and it looks great! He was efficient, protected my counters and floors, and left everything neat and tidy when he was done! His wife Jessica was quick to respond to questions and it’s refreshing to have a Cape contractor who stays in touch, shows up when they’re suppose to, and does what they said they would! They’re a great team!
