Butterfly Cleaning

Cleaning summer rentals is part of Butterfly Cleaning’s customer history. Its Thumbtack profile identifies Alexandra ‘Alex’ Tallman as the owner and places the business in Mashpee on Cape Cod. The profile lists home, office and construction cleaning. In an April 2014 Thumbtack review, a summer-rental owner who lived away from the property described Alex’s weekly cleaning and maintenance, saying guests commented on how the home looked and smelled when they arrived. Another rental-property owner writing that month praised dependability and the cleanliness of the homes. A reviewer in April 2017 said every detail was cleaned and that they had been happy with Butterfly Cleaning for over a year; a March 2018 reviewer described Alex as trustworthy and easy to work with. A May 2022 reviewer had a different experience. They said the cleaners spent too long at the property, did not finish the work, became occupied with redesigning the kitchen rather than cleaning, and did not return messages. Thumbtack listed a 4.7-star average from six ratings in August 2026, and listed a background check for Alexandra Tallman. The profile gives two different tenure descriptions: its overview says 21 years in business, while its About text says 10 years of experience.
