A May 2026 Google reviewer said the company fixed a Bosch refrigerator, with fair pricing, and named George as the technician. An April 2026 customer whose refrigerator had stopped working said Econo sent someone out the same day. A September 2025 reviewer said the refrigerator repair was made within a week once parts were in, and a June 2025 customer said a small fix saved buying a new dishwasher. In a September 2024 review, a homeowner described the company billing for the diagnosis and applying it as a credit toward the work, with George addressing two problems on a fridge. The complaints are about repairs that did not hold and money spent on visits. A June 2026 Google reviewer said a leaking dishwasher was fixed in February, leaked again by April, and the company charged another $200 to return, then brought the wrong hose twice. A December 2025 customer paid $697.80 for a Viking range burner repair, said the clicking came back, and learned the warranty ran only 90 days. An October 2025 reviewer wrote that the company did not fix a washer after a $400 charge and made the problem worse. Excellent choice for appliance repair!
Awful awful company. We had a dishwasher that was leaking and they came in February to fix it, I paid over $200 and thought everything was fine. Fast forward to April and it leaks again and I called them to let them know - I assume since it was only 2 months after they were supposed to fix it, it would have been covered. Nope! These scammers charged me another $200 for them to come out again! I asked them why they would charge me again if it was not fixed the first time - they said because I got 2 good months of use out of it. Couldn't believe it. Then, they come out to fix it (for the second time) and they didn't bring the right hose. They needed to come back...and guess what? They got the wrong hose again! They ended up coming back 3 times because they couldn't figure out or order the correct parts for something that should have been fixed several months before. Stay away from this company. They are awful!
Great communication, fair pricing and fixed my Bosch refrigerator. I would use them again and recommend them. My techs name was George and he did a great job.
