The two sources don't agree, and it's worth asking directly how long the current operation has been running. The 25 written reviews on file are overwhelmingly positive and tell a consistent story across more than a decade: a written estimate within a couple of days, work started soon after, and pricing reviewers repeatedly call fair. A 2014 review recounts being quoted $195 to fill two cracks in a concrete retaining wall, against $800 and $200 quotes from other contractors for the same repair. A 2016 review describes replacing 22 feet of wooden gutter, resealing gutter corners, and replacing missing flashing on a Victorian-era house, and a 2011 review describes brick step repair work praised for its clean finish. Most of that record, though, is old — of the 25 reviews on file, only one, from March 2024, falls within the last five years; the rest run from 2011 through 2019. Worth knowing before calling: BBB categorizes the business under "Locksmith," a category that doesn't match any of the painting, masonry, siding, or gutter work described in the reviews or listed on Angi and HomeAdvisor. The trade license posted on those directories (CS-101279, through October 2027) is their own record of it, not one confirmed against the state registry. For exterior repair and small home-improvement jobs, the written record here is strongly positive but dated — get a current quote and confirm licensing and scope directly, given how little of the record is recent.
