Across 71 Google ratings averaging 4.8, customers keep writing about Estefany, who walks them through the slabs, and Mike, who shows up to template — a 2026 reviewer picking quartz for a kitchen named them both, and so did homeowners in 2024, 2025 and again this spring. For a stone shop on Route 114 in Middleton, that is an unusually personal record. What they actually do is stone: kitchen countertops, vanity tops, a fireplace surround with a mantel, a marble table, bar and coffee-station tops, outdoor kitchens. Speed is the recurring theme. A December 2025 customer had quartz measured and installed inside a week; a May 2024 reviewer went from templating to installation in three days; a March 2026 customer had repair work on an old outdoor-kitchen job scheduled quickly, and wrote that the crew re-glued far more than the one failed spot. Price comes up almost as often. An April 2025 reviewer said the same sink-and-counter package quoted at Home Depot cost nearly twice what they paid here. Several customers are on their second or third job with the shop — one wrote in October 2025 about three projects, another in February 2025 about three home projects — and installers get repeated credit for cleaning up, one March 2026 reviewer saying the kitchen was left cleaner than they found it. The two hard complaints are worth reading before you commit, and both are older. In September 2021 a customer described installers arriving four hours late and not returning calls, damage to appliances and gouged kitchen floors from dragging a stove, a stove reset without levelling, and a section of backsplash left ungrouted. In July 2023 another customer wrote that the business accused them of stealing and, in their account, would not take responsibility for the mistake. Nothing at that level appears in the twelve reviews from the last six months. Separately, SVEP Navigator publishes an OSHA record for the Middleton plant that it dates to December 2010 — 21 citations and $18,300 in proposed penalties — which is old, but it is a stone-cutting shop, so it is a fair thing to ask about. If you want a slab picked out, templated and in within a week or two at a price that undercuts the big-box quote, this is a straightforward call — their BBB grade is A+ and the recent record is uniformly good. Get the scope, the edge profile and the appliance-handling written down first, and confirm who is doing the physical install.
