Roofing and Siding of Boston

A December 2021 homeowner had already lived through one bad roof — installed improperly years earlier — and went looking hard before hiring Roofing and Siding of Boston to put on a new one. That is the job this company's customers describe: full roof replacements, done fast, with the property left clean. The written accounts run from 2021 to 2025, seven of them, all on Google and all five stars. Two of them dwell on the cleanup — a May 2025 customer said the roofing was completed as promised and called the clean-up meticulous, and a June 2024 customer said the crew left the property spotless. That same June, another reviewer named Dmitry for returning every request quickly and for steering the choosing, preparing and executing of a roof replacement, with the team on time and working fast. One December 2021 review has the whole job finished in a single day: the crew started at 7:30 in the morning and were done around 3 p.m. And a 2022 review, about a fall 2021 job done under the company's Cape Cod name, describes existing roof tile swapped for composite Spanish Barrel tiles made by Brava, with the writer's heating bills down over the winter that followed. BBB is where the picture gets more complicated. The LLC at this Atlantic Avenue address is A+ and accredited there, with 14 years in business — and BBB also says the one customer review visible on its page describes an unresolved roofing issue. That account sits against seven five-star ones, and it is the thing to raise first. For a straightforward roof replacement, tile included, the specifics here are good ones and the crews move quickly. Before you sign, ask what the company does when a homeowner calls back after the job, and ask directly about the unresolved roofing issue on its BBB page.
