The Centerville firm dates itself to 2010 and says it covers every town on the Cape — Bourne through Yarmouth, with Nantucket and the Vineyard included. It is also listed in the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce directory. How it works matters as much as what it builds. Founder and president Kian Bonvan is presented as the person you deal with at every step, and in a Better Business Bureau feature published in June 2024 he described starting the company with two older tradesmen, buying out their half when they relocated, and growing the business on customer referrals rather than advertising. What's absent is the other side of that story. No homeowner's account of working with them turns up on the BBB page or anywhere else reached here — no ratings, no written reviews — which is why no rating is shown rather than a flattering guess. A referral-built business often has exactly this shape, but it means you'll be doing the verification yourself.
