The website also advertises deep cleaning, routine cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, decluttering and organizing, and commercial cleaning. Google shows 4.3 stars from six ratings. An August 2026 reviewer complained that the owner was rude. Separately, the Better Business Bureau gives Cape Cod Cleaning Inc. in Orleans a C+ grade, citing failure to respond to one complaint; the business is not BBB accredited.
The rudest owner of a Cape Cod Cleaning business I have ever come in contact with. I would look somewhere else for services.
The ladies from Cape Cod Cleaning went well above and beyond in both professional work and personal care for the in-depth cleaning of a friends’ apartment. I was responsible to find someone and hire them and I could not have been happier with my choice. The work in that apartment demanded real determination and hard work to bring up to standard and they did that and more!
Excellent cleaners!! Jessica and her team are very responsive, have great communication, and are very knowledgeable about the best way to make every part of your home shine. Highly recommend!!
Super team. Always available for questions and off schedule requests. Owner easy to work with and reports problems immediately. Thankful we found Cape Cod Cleaning for our turnover cleaning.
Jessica and her Cape Cod Cleaning crew have been cleaning my house for nearly two years. They are simply the best in every way: thorough, detailed, amazing work ethic, efficient, and so pleasant and positive to engage with. I can’t say enough good things about them. There is nothing like returning home to a sparkling clean house (that someone else cleaned)!
