Cape Cod Spray Foam llc

A customer writing in January 2026 described Ivan adapting as the project's needs changed and Roman working hard in a difficult space. Cape Cod Spray Foam LLC is based in South Dennis and says it was founded in 2008 to serve Cape Cod builders and homeowners. Its stated offerings include spray foam and fiberglass insulation, foundation and basement waterproofing, concrete lifting, flat roof repair, and commercial fireproofing. The company names Cape Cod towns from Falmouth and Barnstable to Truro and Provincetown as its service area. Dated customer accounts describe scheduling, workmanship and price. In April 2024, a Google reviewer said Ivan and his team scheduled the work quickly, completed it neatly and effectively, and received an easy inspection from the town inspector. An Angi customer writing in May 2024 said Ivan delivered what he promised, with professionally completed work, a reasonable price and on-time completion. In November 2025, another Angi reviewer described a difficult, atypical project completed promptly and professionally at a fair price. Google shows 4.7 stars from 10 ratings, while Angi shows 5.0 from seven. There is also a property-respect complaint. A June 2024 Google reviewer said an employee brought his dog onto the premises and wandered around the yard, and asked for better respect for clients and their property. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. BBB gives it an A+ grade and identifies Ivan Pauliuchenka as the owner; the business is not BBB-accredited. Its construction supervisor number is listed by directories, but their expiration dates disagree: BuildZoom gives June 2025 for CS-111878, while Angi and HomeAdvisor give June 27, 2027. Those directory entries do not verify its current status. Angi lists free estimates, and HomeAdvisor's FAQ says the company does not offer emergency services or warranties.
