Cape Custom Painting Inc

Fabio's crew washed the house down, then spent days sanding off flaking old paint before a brush touched the walls — that December 2022 Angi review is the clearest look at how Cape Custom Painting works. The West Yarmouth company paints interiors and exteriors for homes and businesses across Cape Cod and does power, soft and roof washing alongside it; its site calls it a locally owned, family operated business and dates the work to 2006. Six people have written about them since 2022. A May 2026 customer had the exterior and a shed painted and says the crew found wood rot along the way and repaired it. In March 2026 a homeowner described a house repaint done by respectful workers. From December 2022: one reviewer had used them over the years for interior, basement and deck work, another had them back for multiple projects at the same home, and the one who described all that sanding called the crew professional and polite. Fabio is named in two of those. Cost is the other thing customers bring up — four of the six mentioned it. The May 2026 reviewer called it by far the most reasonable quote; a December 2022 customer called it a bargain compared with other estimates, and another that month called the price fair. What is worth pinning down is how long they have actually been at this. The company's site says since 2006 and claims 20 years, while its Angi listing puts 16 years of experience in the highlights against an About text saying over 20 — and that same listing is mirrored on HomeAdvisor, so the three five-star ratings showing there are the same three. Ask directly, and ask who will be on your house: the reviewers who name anyone name Fabio and his crew. Spanish is listed alongside English on that profile. For a Cape Cod exterior that needs washing, scraping and sanding before any paint goes on, this is the kind of outfit those reviews describe. Get the prep steps written into the quote, and settle what happens if they find rot behind the old paint the way the May 2026 crew did.
