MPB Home Renovation

Matt B from MPB Landscaping has been exceptional in our backyard planning. The custom Landscaping design creates a seamless blend of functionality, comfort, and natural elegance for our elevated outdoor living experience. The centerpiece of the space is a well crafted patio designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring durable materials and clean lines that complement the surrounding landscape. Thoughtful placement, ensures the patio transitions smoothly into the rest of the yard, providing ample room for seating, dining and quiet enjoyment. Integrated into the layout is a stylish outdoor shower ~ Both practical and visually striking. Designed with a privacy in my the shower incorporate natural elements, such as cedar, wood, Tyvek flooring to create a feel while maintaining a cohesive look with the patio environment. Its location makes it ideal for rinsing off after gardening, outdoor activities or simply enjoying a refreshing moment in nature. This design elevates every day, living and transforms our backyard into a functional, inviting retreat, which is exactly what we were looking to obtain. MPB worked with us over this past winter on a variety of projects at our house in Chatham. These included a complete kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, rebuild of two decks, exterior paint and exterior trim paint/replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Mateus and his team. Mateus was extremely responsive, communicated timely and effectively, and met with me in person throughout the projects. The projects were all completed within the agreed upon timeframes. Mateus' pricing was fair and clear and any additional costs (which were minimal) were communicated timely and efficiently so as to not disrupt the ongoing work. I highly recommend MPB for any project you are considering. We will be engaging them again for future projects without a doubt.

We recently completed a basement renovation into a living space, and we couldn’t recommend Matt and MPB Home Renovation more highly. They did an amazing job, and delivered the finished room on time, on budget , and were flexible each step of the way when minor issues came up (inspector recommendations, insulation changes, etc). Everything was done even better than expected , and Matt checked in almost every day to follow up and ask if we were happy with the progress , wanted to change anything, or would like his advice on certain materials. A+ guy and company, and we’d certainly use MPB again for our next home renovation project.

They did a great job in really tight space. Replaced carrying beams in crawl space. On time and did not leave until job was done very professional thanks Matt

Matt was a pleasure to work with. He was organized and provided a contract in a timely manner. I found his prices to be fair and he was willing to work with me to complete the work within my budget. Matt's work is thorough, and he always made sure to leave the space clean when he finished the job.
