Clear Coat Painting

Ivaylo is Clear Coat Painting, and the reviews keep landing on the same two things: he shows up when he said he would, and the job ends on or ahead of schedule. Four Angi customers wrote in this spring alone; one in June said he "did what he said he would do," another that the crew finished on time despite the weather, and an April reviewer said he "did the work of three guys in half the time" at a price they called affordable. The company works out of the mid-Cape (its listings give a Route 28 address in West Harwich) and says it has been in business 11 years. The work is interior and exterior house painting with the carpentry that comes with it. A March 2026 customer had a bathroom ceiling repainted after moisture peeling and got advice on keeping it from recurring; in 2025, one homeowner had the whole exterior painted and a leak-damaged ceiling repaired, and another praised furniture picked up and dropped off around a quick turnaround. Older accounts fill in the range: a 2022 customer had beadboard wainscoting installed, a ceiling added where there was none, and a textured ceiling plastered smooth, with the crew working weekends to finish; a 2024 HomeAdvisor reviewer had a large mahogany deck refinished; a 2022 interior job covered living room, dining room, kitchen, hallways and a bedroom with the artwork taken down and rehung. Every written review is five stars: Angi shows 5.0 from 22, HomeAdvisor 5.0 from 47, and Google 5.0 from 7. Pricing comes up as a plus again and again, with reviewers from 2021 through 2026 calling the bids competitive, the rates reasonable, and the quote honored. Two things to sort out before booking. The Angi and HomeAdvisor pages disagree on whether he offers warranties and emergency service, so ask directly. And the crew is small, often Ivaylo and a partner, so a big exterior will depend on his calendar. He is the right call on the Cape for interior repaints, an exterior with some ceiling or trim repair folded in, or a deck to refinish. Get the start and finish dates in writing, which is what his customers say he keeps.
