Cape United Floors Inc

Lucas Miranda's crew took years of brown paint off a pool deck and its stairs and brought the wood back; the customer, writing in May 2026, said they dealt with everything that came up on a job like that. In July 2026 another had an indoor staircase rebuilt from scratch, precisely and around a family's daily routine. In August 2026 a new homeowner had antique pine floors restored, on budget and on schedule, by a crew they called hardworking and neat. Cape United Floors is a Hyannis flooring and remodeling contractor working in hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and epoxy — installation and refinishing — plus deck refinishing and restoration, for homes and businesses. Its stated service area runs from Bourne, Falmouth and Mashpee across the Cape to Chatham and Eastham, over to Martha's Vineyard, and up the South Shore through Duxbury, Hingham and Cohasset. The company says it has been doing this for 20 years. Most of the work customers describe is bringing tired floors back. In April 2026 the Atlantic Country Club had floors more than 30 years old restored over the course of a day, at a price the reviewer called reasonable. A November 2025 customer said theirs came out better than when they were laid 29 years earlier, with no dust because of the equipment used and no smell because of the finish. In February 2025 Lucas coordinated a re-coat in water-based poly while the owners were away, fitting it in ahead of his scheduled shoulder surgery. One November 2025 customer has hired the company three times — engineered hardwood at home, an epoxy garage floor, and sanding and refinishing at a second property. The things people mention around the work are consistent: schedules held, colours walked through patiently, repairs explained with the options, clean sites at the end of the day. A January 2026 customer who had hardwood laid upstairs and tile in two bathrooms and the kitchen said Lucas answers concerns promptly. For refinishing worn hardwood, restoring a deck, or a full floor replacement on the Cape, this is a strong call. Ask about dust containment and which finish he plans to use — those are the specifics his customers single out — and get the schedule window in writing.
